Welcome to The Ultimate Quiz Championship (“Event”), organized by TUCQUIZ (“we,” “us,” “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Event, including your use of the official website (www.tucquiz.in) and any quiz-related communication channels.

By registering for and participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Event.

2. About the Event

The Ultimate Quiz Championship is a national-level online quiz conducted by TUCQUIZ.
It is designed to promote learning, general knowledge, and healthy competition among students, youth, and general participants across India.

The Event is conducted entirely online, and all instructions regarding participation will be provided through WhatsApp, website updates, or official communication.

3. Eligibility Requirements

The Event is open to:

• School students (Class 6 onwards)

• College and university students

• Working professionals

• Competitive exam aspirants

• General participants interested in GK and online competitions

There is no upper age limit.

By participating, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and genuine.

4. Participant ID (Registration Number)

Upon successful registration, each participant will be assigned a unique Participant ID.
This ID is:

• Mandatory for accessing the quiz

• Required for authentication on exam day

• Important for verifying rank and results

• Necessary for redeeming rewards (if applicable)

You must keep your Participant ID safe and confidential.
Loss or misuse of the ID may prevent you from participating in the quiz.

5. Quiz Format and Schedule

• Mode: Online

• Format: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

• Duration: 20–30 minutes

• Language: Hindi & English

The exact quiz date and time will be announced through official channels.

Your quiz access time will be matched with the event schedule and verified through your Participant ID.

Once the quiz starts, the timer cannot be paused or extended.

6. Fair Play and Code of Conduct

Participants must abide by the following rules:

• Do not use unfair means or external assistance.

• Do not share questions, answers, or quiz content with others.

• Do not attempt the quiz on someone else’s behalf.

• Do not use multiple devices, unauthorized tools, or scripts.

• Do not interfere with the platform or attempt to manipulate results.

Violation of any rule may result in immediate disqualification without notice.

7. Technical Requirements

To participate successfully, you must ensure:

• A stable internet connection

• A working mobile/laptop device

• A valid WhatsApp-enabled phone number

• Ability to access the quiz link at the scheduled time

TUCQUIZ will not be responsible for issues caused by:

• Network errors

• Device malfunction

• Power failure

• Delayed responses

• Technical problems at the participant’s end

8. Rewards and Winner Selection

Rewards (if announced) will be awarded based on:

• Total score

• Accuracy

• Time taken to complete the quiz

In case of ties, organizers may apply additional ranking criteria.

Reward delivery (digital or physical) will be processed using the address/details provided at registration.
Physical rewards will be delivered through courier services.

9. Data Usage and Privacy

By registering, you agree that:

• Your submitted details may be used for quiz communication

• You may receive updates, reminders, or result notifications

• Your information may be used to verify identity and eligibility

We do not sell or misuse participant data.

10. Modifications, Postponements, or Cancellations

TUCQUIZ reserves the right to:

• Modify quiz timing

• Change or postpone the event

• Update rules or processes

• Cancel the event due to unavoidable circumstances

Participants will be informed through official channels in such cases.

11. Limitation of Liability

TUCQUIZ will not be liable for:

• Participant-side technical failures

• Missed quizzes due to network/device issues

• Delay or non-delivery of rewards due to incorrect information

• Any unauthorized access or misuse of Participant ID

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Participation in the quiz is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in The Ultimate Quiz Championship, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms

• You agree to all rules and conditions

• You will comply with instructions provided by TUCQUIZ

Failure to follow the Terms may result in disqualification.
